vCenter Server is not loading

Issue/Introduction

The vCenter Server UI fails to load, and some of the services are not starting:

 

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 8.x

Cause

Using the vCert Script Tool, it showed that the Machine SSL certificates had expired

 

Resolution

Renew the Machine SSL certificate using the vCert Script.

1.  Take a snapshot of the vCenter Server
2. Upload the vCert Script to the temp of the vcenter server and unzip it.
3. Using option 1, option 3, and option 1 to manage and renew the machine's SSL certificate using the VMCA self-signed certificate option
4. Restart all the services.
