The 'Planned Cost' field on the Project Properties page does not automatically update its value when changes are made to the
'Planned Operating Cost' or 'Planned Capital Cost' fields.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a project blueprint .
2. Configure the Properties module to include the following fields in the following order left to right:
Planned Operating Cost, Planned Capital Cost, Planned Cost
This is to denote that:
Planned Operating Cost + Planned Capital Cost = Planned Cost
Publish the blueprint.
3. Go to the project instance > Properties page
Enter value for Planned Operating Cost
Enter value for Planned Capital Costs
Review the Planned Cost field.
Expected: The Planned Cost field is a calculated, read-only,
therefore it should be updated automatically without needing to tab or click into the field.
Actual: In order for the 'Planned Cost' field to be updated,
it has to be refreshed,tabbed-into, or clicked-into, in order to be updated.
Workaround:
Set the order of the fields to be:
Planned Cost, Planned Operating Cost, Planned Capital Cost
This order will ensure that there is no need to tab into the field.
