Label Names Updated For User Value 1 & 2 Attributes Are Not Reflected In Reporting Screen

Issue/Introduction

Label Names updated in MUX for User Value 1 & User Value 2 attributes are not reflecting in Reporting - Data Providers

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

• Go to MUX - Administration
• Search for Cost Plan Detail Object - Add label name for User Value 1 and User Value 2 Attributes.
      Example: 
      User Value 1 (Lov1_id) => Order_Number
      User Value 2 (Lov2_id) => Dept_Code

• Go to Reporting - Data Providers
• Open 'Financial Cost Plan Details across Investments' report (it includes Cost Plan Detail object).
• Objects - Selected - Expand Cost Plan Detail
• Search for User Value 1 & User Value 2 

Expected Result: Search should show the label names of the attributes - User Value 1 & User Value 2
Actual Result: Label names are not reflecting in the report.

Note: Other Attribute Label names are reflecting correctly in the Reporting.
