Changing the locale is not supported in Usage Meter

Issue/Introduction

Usage Meter does not support locale modification. Changing locale may affect unexpected behavior in Usage Meter.

Environment

VCF Usage Meter 9.x

Resolution

Usage Meter does not consider to change locale configuration. Keep the default locale configuration.

Following is the default locale settings in Usage Meter.
