Configure Cluster Quickstart option is greyed out

Issue/Introduction

The administrator of the vSAN cluster has two hosts in maintenance mode and is attempting to build a 2-node VSAN cluster.  They have only a standard vSwitch with its management vmkernel assigned as vmk0.  The cluster was configured with DRS, HA, and vSAN ESA selected and the hosts are added to the cluster and when QuickStart is started the Configure Cluster is greyed out and the message shows "You have opted-out of this guided workflow to configure the cluster" .  Unable to configure vMotion, vSAN traffic, and other things.

Cause

This may be caused by selecting the option "Manage configuration at the cluster level" when creating the vSAN cluster.

Resolution

Make certain you DO NOT select the option "Manage configuration at the cluster level" when creating the vSAN cluster so the QuickStart does not show the opted-out message and the "Configure Cluster" configure button is active.
