Upgrading GenAI tile fails with error "Could not apply migrations"

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading GenAI tile from v10.0.0 to v10.2.5 it fails during tile upload with error. 

Cause

The error is shown below:

Could not apply migrations. '202505230752_migration_plan_config.js' has javascript errors 'TypeError cannot read property 'value' of undefined'. Please contact your VMware representative.

Resolution

This is caused by some changes in features between versions. To resolve this problem upgrade GenAI tile to v10.0.3 first and then to v10.2.5.
