'Transaction - View All' is only available as a Global Right

Issue/Introduction

• There is an access right in the system called 'Transaction - View All'
• This is available only as a Global access right
• It is not available as an instance access right
• Will providing this access right elevate an account's access to all Projects, and other investment types?

Resolution

• This does not result in an account seeing more Projects (or other investment type) records
• This only results in an account gaining access to all the transactions within a Project / investment.
