Issue/Introduction

  User is unable to login to DXO2 SaaS tenant. Selecting "Forgot Password?" from login window is not helping as user is not getting reset email.

Ensure that You are trying to log in to the right tenant. In case it is not helping contact Broadcom support for assistance.
