Symantec Identity Security Platform - IDSP (formerly VIP Authentication Hub)

Issue/Introduction

After having upgraded VIP Authentication Hub (Symantec IDSP) to 3.4.6, the logs show the following warning:

msg:populateSystemContextForPolicyEvaluation: Unable to obtain 'sessionStartTimeMillisjwtservice' from thread context's value 'null'. Error: Cannot parse null string 

Resolution

The message:

msg:populateSystemContextForPolicyEvaluation: Unable to obtain 'sessionStartTimeMillisjwtservice' from thread context's value 'null'. Error: Cannot parse null string

is innocuous and can be ignored.

It should be removed in version 4 and 3.4.8 of Symantec Identity Security Platform (Symantec IDSP, formerly known as VIP Authentication Hub).
