Error: “Unable to login to VMware Aria Automation system using provided credentials” When Configuring integration of VCF Automation for VM Apps Organization

Issue/Introduction

  • When attempting to configure the VCF Automation tenant integration using the VCF Automation for VM Apps Organization management pack in VCF Operations, the test connection consistently fails with the following error:

    Unable to login to VMware Aria Automation system using provided credentials



  • In /storage/log/vcops/log/collector.log the error below can be seen:
