The MUB upload failure is primarily due to customer environmental factors impacting the upload process. This includes issues such as:

• Network disconnections during the upload.
• Slow network performance

Resolution

To resolve the MUB upload timeout , follow these steps:

• Check Network Upload Speed and Stability
• Try uploading the MUB from a Different VDI which is closest to the location.
