Endevor Web Services health check "The configuration schema file does not exists"

Issue/Introduction

Using Endevor Web Services Health Check and "Health Check results for defined configurations" shows Config name ENDEVOR with message:

Cannot read config file:java.io.IOException: The configuration schema file does not exists!
Check file permissions of /webapps/endevor/ENDEVOR.cfg

Environment

Endevor Web Services
Release 19.0

Cause

There is a known issue that leads to the above error message caused by a CCS Tomcat change that needed a corresponding change in Endevor Web Services.

Resolution

To resolve the error install Endevor Web Services PTF LU12725 ("REST API: SUPPORT CCS TOMCAT 9.0.84/9.0.85").
