Issue/Introduction

Alarms are not triggering as expected in the DX SaaS platform.

Resolution

The data are being sent to O2 every 5 min but the resolution was set for 15 sec for the alarm.

Change resolution to 6 min.

Resolution is the interval at which the configured thresholds are checked. For example, the metric data is pushed every 5 mins, but the resolution is set as one hour. Then for the hour, 12 data points are aggregated and then checked at hourly frequency.
The alert resolution must be >= to the interval of the raw metric data.
