CPU Alarms from UIM devices do not show data in the Affected Metric tab in DXO2

Issue/Introduction

In DXO2 for some alarms that are coming from DX UIM from CPU monitors, when we access the Affected Metric tab for the specific alarm, we don't see any data. 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4.*
• cdm probe 8.03 and earlier
• DX O2 

Cause

There is a defect in cdm version 8.03 and eaelier where when "Set QOS Target as Total" is ticked in the cdm.cfg this issue occurs. 
Unticking this option, the metric is visible

Resolution

This issue is resolved in cdm-8.03-T1-20251202.zip (attached to this KB). 

 

Steps to apply the fix: 

1. Download the attached build

2. Import to the UIM Archive via IM or Admin Console

3. Deploy to the affected robots

4. Verify if the issue is resolved. 


NOTE: This patch will resolve the issue only on all new created alarm after the patch.
