Resolution

This crash has been observed occasionally but so far, the cause has not been identified.  Broadcom engineers have been unable to reproduce the issue internally.

If you are experiencing this issue, please open a case with Broadcom Support, and request a Debug Build.  This is a special build of the hub probe which will generate memory dumps files that are useful for diagnosing the crash.

.DMP files produced by a GA version of the probe will not contain the appropriate diagnostic information, it must be generated by the special build, which is only available upon request.
