When having negative numbers in a Per-Period Metrics field in Modern UX, both Bar chart widgets are not rendered correctly.
The Bar Chart is very short and barely visible
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a Benefit plan in a Project
2. Enter negative monthly Benefit Plan values over say a three month period - December to February in 'Per-Period Metrics', EG: (50,000), (100,000), (70,000)
3. Create a Bar chart Widget. Set 'Type' to 'Sum', 'Format' to 'Number', 'Group By' to 'Benefit Class', 'Sum' to 'Benefit' and 'Bar Orientation' to 'Vertical'.
4. Click on 'Create' and then 'Add' button. Go back to the Project -> Financials _ Benefit Plans page and click on 'Show Widgets' icon to display the Widget.
Expected: The vertical Bar chart to display an image with the negative value label
Actual: The Bar chart displays a flat line. Bar is very short, barely visible
