Unable to set multiple network gateways while deploying a vSAN Witness Appliance OVA template

Issue/Introduction
While deploying a vSAN Witness Appliance OVA template, it seems multiple gateways can be configured on each vmkernel adapter.
A gateway for "Secondary Network" is set as a default gateway even If multiple gateways are specified while the OVA deployment.
Environment
VMware vSAN 9.0
VMware vSAN 8.0
VMware vSAN 7.0
Cause
It is expected behavior.
vSAN Witness Appliance OVA template is provided to accept single gateway as a default gateway with the following behavior.
- If either of "Management Network" or "Secondary Network" [Gateway] is specified, it is set as a default gateway.
- If both "Management Network" and "Secondary Network" [Gateway] are specified, "Secondary Network" [Gateway] is prioritized over "Management Network".
Resolution
To configure multiple network gateways on a Witness Appliance, there are two options applied on the running Witness Appliance after deployment completes.
- Overriding the default gateway in the vSphere Client UI. Refer to Override the Default Gateway of a VMkernel Adapter.
- Establish static routes on each host within a cluster. Refer to Configuring static routes for vmkernel ports on an ESXi host.
