Virtual machines power on unexpectedly while using the Host Client

Issue/Introduction

Virtual machines are found to be powered on when checked later, despite having been powered off.

Cause

In the Host Client, clicking the thumbnail or the web console window of a powered-off virtual machine powers it on.

Resolution

This is expected behavior and does not indicate a defect.
To prevent accidental power-ons, be careful not to click on the areas after powering off the virtual machine.
