Issue/Introduction

In CloudSOC >  Agent Configuration , Many of configuration are blank or not editable.

 

Environment

Symantec Cloud Managed DLP Endpoint Agent

Resolution

Please collect data from the browser with the issue recreated, and create a technical support case.

  1. Get Browser Console Logs
  1. Right-click, select Inspect, go to Console Tab.
  2. Open Agent Configuration details page.
  3. Same any errors seen in the console.
  1. Get Response pages
  1. Right-click, select Inspect, go to Network Tab.
  2. Open Agent Configuration details page..
  3. Save the JSON from the Response tab.
