Issue/Introduction
In CloudSOC > Agent Configuration , Many of configuration are blank or not editable.

Symantec Cloud Managed DLP Endpoint Agent
Resolution
Please collect data from the browser with the issue recreated, and create a technical support case.
- Get Browser Console Logs
- Right-click, select Inspect, go to Console Tab.
- Open Agent Configuration details page.
- Same any errors seen in the console.
- Get Response pages
- Right-click, select Inspect, go to Network Tab.
- Open Agent Configuration details page..
- Save the JSON from the Response tab.
