Issue/Introduction

This article provides information about parameter "Transfer Expiry" when set the Transfer Schedule of HCX Migration.

Users may find above parameter in path below:

HCX GUI--->Migration--->Mobility Group XXX--->Transfer and Placement--->Transfer Schedule--->Transfer Expiry

Environment

VMware HCX 4.x

Resolution

Parameter "Transfer Expiry" specify the time by which if the transfer has not begun then we claim a critical error and cancel the transfer (and the migration). It is the time until when the given transfer schedule startTime is valid.
