After upgrading vLCR to 9.0.0.10 any pop-up window cannot be resized

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading vLCR to 9.0.0.10 any pop-up window cannot be resized by right clicking on the corner and dragging the window as in previous versions. 

Environment

VMware vLCR 9.0.0.10

Resolution

This is just a cosmetic issue. This has been fixed in the next upcoming release 9.0.1.0 tentatively scheduled for release the end of Q2 April 2026.
