Process Monitoring Task list refreshes too often

Issue/Introduction
When viewing Process Monitoring in the AWI, the task list refreshes every 10 seconds (or some amount that is too often) and the refresh takes a couple of seconds - this makes it near impossible to do any work in Process Monitoring because it refreshes too often

Cause
The user's refresh rat is set too low in the AWI session settings:
Resolution
To resolve this, go to the upper right corner of the AWI where your user name is and then to Settings
In the popup window, navigate to Process Monitoring on the left-hand side.
Enter a higher number under "User defined" or choose the Default (60 seconds) radio button
Log out and back in and the task list refresh should be more manageable.
