Issue/Introduction

The primary hub became unresponsive and required a restart. After doing this the robot_nis_cache queue on the primary hub was yellow and not draining.

Environment

  • UIM 23.4
  • discovery_server probe

Resolution

Discovery_server offload is in use. The discovery_server probe may need to be restarted on the robot where it is running, after the restart of the primary hub if it was unresponsive.
