PDI Step (Input Roles) doesn’t work with Identity Governance 15

Issue/Introduction

Seeing the following error while integrating PDI tool on Identity Governance V15 

Unable to open dialog for this step

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/ca/rcm/services/RCMConfigurationDataService

   at com.ca.rcm.pdi.steps.common.RCMConnection.getDataService(RCMConnection.java:87)

   at com.ca.rcm.pdi.steps.common.ConnectionDialog.initRCMConnection(ConnectionDialog.java:523)

or

org.pentaho.di.core.exception.KettlePluginException:

Unexpected error loading class:

com/ca/rcm/pdi/steps/input/roles/RCMRolesInputMeta has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 61.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

Identity Governance 15

Cause

Missing libraries and incompatible Java version

Resolution

Applying  15.0 fixpack 3 and installing Java 21
