NFA Error: A signature was found ... but checksum failed

Issue/Introduction
While using Network Flow Analysis you may run into an error in one of the Java process logs you may see an error like this:
WARN | wrapper | 2025/09/30 09:40:57 | A signature was found in "E:\CA\NFA\Netflow\bin\wrapper.exe", but checksum failed: (Errorcode: 0x80096005) The timestamp signature and/or certificate could not be verified or is malformed. (0x80096005)
or something like:
WARN | wrapper | 2025/09/30 09:40:57 | A signature was found in "D:\CA\NFA\MySql\wrapper\wrapper.exe", but checksum failed: (Errorcode: 0x80096005) The timestamp signature and/or certificate could not be verified or is malformed. (0x80096005)
Environment
Network Flow Analysis
Cause
The Sectigo root certificate is not trusted by the Network Flow Analysis server.
Resolution
1. Download the below file: Sectigo-Root.cer and copy it to the server with the errors.
2. Double click the cert and select Install Certificate:
2. Select Local Machine and press next.
3. Select place in the following store:
4. Click the browse button and select Trusted RootCertification Authorities:
5. Press OK and then finish the import.
6. Restart all NFA Services and error should be gone.
