Issue/Introduction

• Trying to create a new region in the VCFA GUI, this error is seen
• The base datacenter/cluster resource group is not already used by another region (this is the meaning of the error)

 

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation Automation 9.x

Cause

There are stale entries in the VCFA DB which refer to an already-deleted region which uses this resource group.
