SLO 'Title' criterion does not work

Issue/Introduction

Setting up a filter for Title can be done in different ways, although it always requires 2 criteria (either in both All and Any mode).
However, the 'Title' criterion is never detected by the Automation Engine so the SLO doesn't trigger.
