Unable to logon Process Automation after regeneration of EEM certificates

Issue/Introduction
After regeneration of EEM certificates using procedure like described in this article :
EEM lost all applications after restart or upgrade and does allow to log users from AD/internal store
It is not possible to logon on Process Automation anymore.
Following error appears (even for pamadmin user) :
The specified user ID, password, or token is invalid
Environment
Process Automation 4.4
Resolution
Stop the service "CA Process Automation Orchestrator"
Execute Third_Party_Installer_windows.exe from DVD 1 of Process Automation (Process Automation 4.4 Third Party Prerequisites - DVD1)
Follow the wizard and then select the DVD 2 of Process automation (Process Automation 4.4 Product Installation - DVD2)
Follow the setup wizard and select "Configure existing installation"
Continue the wizard. In screen below, check "Register Application with CA EEM" and click on Register button
Enter the eiamadmin credentials and click OK.
Click Yes on question "Application already exists. Do you want to upgrade it?"
Message "Upgrade not required" appears.
Click Next button multiple times and Finish.
Start the service "CA Process Automation Orchestrator"
