Portal Group Rule configuration Group selection UI missing the scroll bar

The scroll bar to browse the list of available groups, when selecting a group for a group rule, is missing.

We upgrade the PM to 24.3.13 released and when trying the build the Groups, we realized that the scrolling function was lost that prevent us from scroll up and down using the mouse for selecting the groups. We have to use up/down arrow to see the groups listing. We have lost the function moving the mouse up and down to see the  group. This happened on either chrome or Edge browser.

Edit a rule for group membership. Open the group picker UI to select a group. The list doesn't provide a scroll bar for vertical scrolling. Only arrow up/down after selecting a group, or using the quick filter, allows selection of a group.

Environment

All supported Network Observability DX NetOps Portal web server releases 25.4.3 and earlier

Cause

UI defect introduced somewhere between after 24.3.4

Resolution

Engineering is resolving this through defect ID DE180351.

Engineering has set the 25.4.4 release as the target for the fix. This is an ETA subject to change.
