Deployment of VCF Operations for Logs Tasks shows Request Status is stuck 'In Progress' in Fleet Manager

Issue/Introduction

• Deployment of VCF Operations for Logs completes to stage 15 but in VCF management the VCF Operations for Logs deployment task shows the 'Request Status' is stuck in 'In Progress' 
• VCF Operations for Logs Appliance deployed successfully 
• Request controller get request API call shows that the request completed successfully.  You can use the following as a guide to authorize API call How to Authorize VCF Operations Fleet Management API

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.1

VCF Fleet Manager 9.0.1

Resolution

1. Sign into vCenter at https://<vcenter_ip_or_fqdn>
2. Locate Fleet Manager VM
3. Take snapshot of Fleet Manager VM
4. Right-click the virtual machine and select Guest OS → Restart.
5. Please confirm if the Request Status has changed to completed by signing into VCF Operations  → Fleet Management  → Lifecycle → VCF Management → select VCF Operations for Logs component  → Tasks
