CSV Error: Timeout expired

Issue/Introduction

Try to generate a Flow Forensics reports and receive the message:

CSV Error: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding

 

 

 

 

Environment

9.3.x

Cause

This problem is related to the ReporterAnalyzer.dbCommandTimeout setting, which is set to 90 by default. 

Resolution

1) Open the following file: 
[InstallationDirectory]\DBUsers\ReporterAnalyzer.ini 

2) Increase this value to 600 
ReporterAnalyzer.dbCommandTimeout. 

3) Restart MySql and and run IISRESET
