Unable to contact SQL Server During New Install of Web Viewer 11.5

Issue/Introduction

Unable to complete the install of Web Viewer 11.5 on WIN2008 because the connection to SQL fails.

Cause

Web Viewer does not allow you to enter the port number of SQL Server during the install.  It automatically uses the default port of 1433.

Resolution

The port must be specified in the ODBC layer.  Use the odbcad32 utility under SYSWOW64 to update the port before restarting the install.
