Issue/Introduction

What are the authentication's Inprogress and Abandon percentage shown in Grafana dashboard at the Summary section?

Environment

VIP Authentication Hub: 3.4.x

Resolution

“Inprogress” represents the percentage of authentication flows that have been initiated but not yet completed, where the final outcome (authentication allowed or denied) has not been determined.

“Abandoned” represents the percentage of initiated authentication flows that were not completed within the sign-in flow expiry period and therefore expired without a final authentication outcome.
