Robot name in Upper and Lower case

Issue/Introduction
Robot name changes from lower case to upper after any configuration chaange/restart.
Environment
Release: DX UIM 23.4.x
Component: Robot
OS: Windows
Resolution
Install windows robot through silent/UI installation method
Do not to mention robot name in the cfg file
Make sure below options are not enabled:
The robot name appears by default in lower case.
