SOI user authentication is done via EEM. 

EEM maintains a audit log that is Typically located in C:\Program Files\CA\SC\EmbeddedEntitlementsManager

Log file names: 

audit.log

audit.log.1 

 

 

Additional Information

Note: if you don't know where EEM is installed check in "C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SOI\SamUI\webapps\sam" and review the "eem-config-xml" to identify the EEM server
