Ntservices - not able to enable the service

Issue/Introduction

Experiencing the issue that we are unable to enable the specific service in Monitoring in Ntservices probe.

Since it is s Japan server and Service name showing in UIM is IIS??????

And when login to the server  can see service name is showing IIS with Japanese language.

Resolution

- Please configure the service from admin console through IM its not possible, as the service name is in Japanese.

IM GUI accepts only Unicode ASCII characters, so Japanese or other non-English characters are not displayed in the GUI and cannot be entered in the text boxes.
