Issue/Introduction

The Date and time format as saved in Personal Preferences is not consistent for the different Data Insight output.

 

Audit history: The User Preference is configure to use 24H time but the time in Audit History does not show as 24H time and there’s no Timezone.

 

Completion status: The heading is 24H and it has Timezone. The Start time and End time have also a 24H but there’s no Timezone.

Product: Automation Analytics & Intelligence v24.1 or lower

The fix will be included in AAI v24.4.x, which will be tentatively be available by the end of February 2026.
