ERROR: "(1301) Solv general runtime error" due to conflicting packages when upgrading from 8.18.5 to 9.x

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading from Aria Operations 8.18.5 to VCF Operations 9.x, the following errors are present:

• package coreutils-selinux-minimal-9.1-12.ph5.x86_64 conflicts with coreutils-selinux < 9.1-11 provided by coreutils-selinux-9.1-0.ph5.x86_64
  
  
• (1301) Solv general runtime error

Cause

This is due to the upgrade path from 8.18.5 to 9.x not being supported currently. 

Resolution

Roll back to pre upgrade snapshots. When there is an upgrade path from 8.18.5 to 9.x, it will be shown in the release notes and updated on the upgrade path tool at the interoperability matrix.
