VCF Automation fails to delete NSX-T segment and Tier-1 gateway

Issue/Introduction

• Logical network infrastructure in NSX is created by automated solution (e.g. VCF Automation).
• Once the components are no longer used, delete workflow needs to be run through the automation to remove the logical infrastructure.
• The components are not removed, and remain in NSX configuration.

Resolution

The deletion workflow needs to be reviewed / investigation in the automation solution (e.g. VCF Automation). 

Additional Information

In NSX, once triggered, deletion of logical components can be observed in the following logs on NSX Manager:

• /var/log/syslog
• /var/log/proxy/localhost-access-log.txt
• /var/log/proxy/reverse-proxy.log
