Adapters in warning state and unable to collect data due to maintenance mode

Issue/Introduction

• The adapter appears in a Warning state under Administration → Integrations, and hovering over it indicates that the adapter is in Maintenance Mode.

• No data collection from the affected adapter.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

Follow the steps below to remove the adapter from maintenance mode:

1. Navigate to Operations → Configurations.

2. Click on Inventory Management.

3. Search for the affected adapter using the search bar.

4. Select the adapter from the results.

5. Click End Maintenance Mode.

Once maintenance mode is ended, the adapter should return to a normal state and resume data collection.
