Delay to display notification from underlying domains

Issue/Introduction

• Notifications that are coming from underlying domains take a lot of time (like 6 minutes) to display when I double click on these notifications.
• While trying to double click on a notification below error is seen:

Environment

All supported release of Smarts

Cause

Underlying domain was not reachable from SAM domain / Port was not open

Resolution

 When a notification is clicked from UI, control will go to the source of the notification to get the details of the notification. This behavior is there with all the notification irrespective of from where it is originated ( OI or AM/PM server).

Hence make sure to open the underlying domain service port as well from SAM domain.
