New cloud paring fails with the Permission denied error VMware Cloud Director Availability

Issue/Introduction

• When trying to create a new cloud pairing, the following error occurs:
  
  Permission denied
  
  
• When attempting to repair from the remote site, an incorrect site name error occurs.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.3.x

Cause

The remote site has a cloud pairing that is using the wrong site name. The site name used in the pairing has to match the site name configured for the site.

Resolution

In order to correct this issue, perform the following steps:

1. Remove the pairing in the remote site.
2. Recreate the pairing with the correct site name for the local site.
3. Retry pairing with the remote site.
