Staffing – Allocations by Resource performance on large dataset when filtering on OBS

Issue/Introduction

For a large customer, most of the views in Staffing – Allocations by Resource are slow if you have OBS filter on.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity MUX with user admin
2. Go to Staffing - Allocations by Resource and open the view that has a filter on OBS
   • Actuals and Allocations as metrics
   • Number of Periods = 7
   • Periods = Months
   • Grand Totals

Expected Results: The view to display within expected timeframe

Actual Results: The view is very slow and returns in 23-28 sec for admin user

Workaround: Do not filter on OBS. Removing the filter on OBS in both panels is bringing the timings down to around 3 sec.
