Current Weekly Fiscal Period doesn't show current week in Task - Assignment page

Issue/Introduction

When you save a view with 'View Options' Type set to 'Periods', 'Periods' set to 'Weeks' and 'Start Period ' set to 'Current Period' in Project --> Task--> Assignment --> Expand the Assignment and update the settings. If you open Task --> Assignments page the following week, the Per period metrics doesn't display the current week instead it showing old week of when the View was saved.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to Project-> Task-> Open the details and click on Assignment Tab.
2. Then click on 'Expand' button
3. Click to open 'View Options'. Set 'Periods' as 'Weeks'. 'Start Period' as 'Current Period'.
4. This shows correct week start as current Period.
5. Open same view the following week by navigating to Project -> Task-> click to open the 'Details' and click on 'Assignment' Tab

Expected: The per-period metrics on the 'Assignments' page should have the first period displayed as the current week

Actual: The per-period metrics on the 'Assignments' page displays the first period as the date of the previous week when the 'View Options' was first configured.
