HTTP ERROR 503 Problem accessing /pc/redirector. Reason:Service Unavailable

Issue/Introduction

When trying to access CA Performance center following error shows up.

HTTP ERROR 503 Problem accessing /pc/redirector. Reason:Service Unavailable

Environment

CA Performance Center 2.4.1

Cause

Memory Swapping on the server can be the cause of the problem. Servers need to be sized as per the sizing wizard.

Resolution

Restart all the Services of CA Performance center.

/etc/init.d/caperfcenter_sso stop && /etc/init.d/caperfcenter_devicemanager stop && /etc/init.d/caperfcenter_eventmanager stop && /etc/init.d/caperfcenter_console stop &&/etc/init.d/mysql stop  &&/etc/init.d/mysql start &&/etc/init.d/caperfcenter_sso start && /etc/init.d/caperfcenter_devicemanager start && /etc/init.d/caperfcenter_eventmanager start && /etc/init.d/caperfcenter_console start
