Where can I find a list of all Spectrum alarms that can generate?

Issue/Introduction

My management would like a report or document that shows every alarm that can generate in Spectrum.  Where is this located or where can I generate this report?

Resolution

This information does not exist.  The closest information you can provide would be the alarm information from the default Spectrum alarm files in the $SPECROOT/SG-Support/CsPCause directory.

This directory has a list of all of the alarms that Spectrum could generate out of the box.  The first line in each file contains the alarm title.

You could parse all of the alarm titles in the $SPECROOT/SG-Support/CsPCause files.  For example the first file in there is Prob00000000_en_US and the first line in that file is:

AN UNKNOWN EVENT HAS OCCURRED

So you could recursively list this directory to a file using a script.
