User encounter error while configuring VMware SSO.

Issue/Introduction

Inability to configure VMware SSO with error message: "Failed to test VMware SSO auth source: Connection Failure"

It fails with the same error message regardless of whether the host is a FQDN or IP.

Distinct error message in admin-ui.log

Resolution

Apply 8.18.5 Hotfix 9  (90050703).
