VMware NSX
Issue in the physical layer outside of the NSX.
To find if the issue is related to physical layer follow the below steps:
Run ping from client towards default gateway and capture packets on client vms switch port and ESXi hosts uplinks following the steps mentioned in the KB Troubleshooting NSX using Packet Captures
If you can see that the packets are leaving vm's switchport and also leaving ESXi host uplink but not reaching the physical switch. This indicates that the issue is outside of NSX in physical layer.
