Unable to create Network Extension

Issue/Introduction

• After clicking on Network Extension tab, a windows pops out and it says "Service Mesh: Undefined"

Cause

There is no service mesh available with NE service included.

Resolution

Create a new Service Mesh with Network Extension service enabled or edit existing Service Mesh through Update and Synchronize the Service Mesh and include Network extension service.
