ConnectALL 4.0 - Reload Fields takes longer time

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Open a multi-project automation between Jira and Rally in Edit mode
2. Select Template project
3. Go to Field Mappings and click Reload Fields. 

 

Actual Results: 
It displays Please wait and takes 5-7 minutes to reload all the fields

Expected Results: 
Reload fields should not take longer
